He doesn't appreciate you
Guys sometimes think they are doing you a favor by dating you. He'll do things the way he wants and wouldn't care how you feel about it. Some just date you for your physical appearances and what they think they can get from you.
If you try to make an effort and he doesn't appreciate or he doesn't listen to you no matter how hard you try to express yourself. Then you really need to let go, you deserve someone better, someone who will appreciate your true worth.
He's always about himselfA healthy relationship is a give and take process. It should never be one-sided, you both have to balance the needs of each other.
If he's more interested in you fitting into his world, always pushing for you to meet his own people but waves aside your own efforts...then no doubt you're dating the wrong guy.
He's trying to change you
He's always trying to mod you into someone who he thinks you should be instead of taking you for who you are. A real man will let you be yourself and not try to turn you into someone you're not. You are unique and not perfect; that, he must respect.
You can't picture a future with him
A relationship without a set goal, or a clear intention of making it for a lifetime is nothing but a waste of time.
A good relationship is when you can imagine yourself sharing good and hard times, and spending the rest of your lives together.
He doesn't listen to you
If he's always doing the talking; how his day went, where to go, what to do. He never listen to you or hear you out, then undeniably you are dating the wrong guy. You should let go and take your time to find someone who is not self-centered and is always ready to listen to you.
If the guy you are dating exhibit any of these traits, then you really should think twice and ask yourself if you really want to spend the rest of your life with him. A good and healthy relationship should be balance, not one-sided, full of appreciation and respect for one another.
